What you will be doing as a service advisor:

  • Continuous communication with our customers before, during, and after the service
  • Gathering information from customers and communicating their concerns to the technicians
  • Communicating technician findings with our customers in a concise, informative manner
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of preventative maintenance
  • Generating repair and maintenance estimates for parts and labor
  • Answering phones and scheduling reservations
  • Participating in continuing education
  • Contacting vendors and ordering parts
  • Creating invoices and taking payments
  • Working with technicians to coordinate the flow of vehicles through the shop
