Warm Hearts, Warm Feet: Join V&F Auto’s Sock Donation Drive This SOCKtember!
For the entire month of September, V&F Auto is collecting new socks for local charities in our community in honor of SOCKtember!
SOCKtember is an annual sock donation competition designed to bring communities closer together. It started in 2020 with four teams in Washington State who collectively raised over 5,500 pairs of new socks for local charities. It’s since expanded to include participants nationwide who collect socks for charities in their own neighborhoods.
Here’s How You Can Help
Socks are often taken for granted, but they’re a vital necessity that provide physical comfort and a sense of dignity. Participating in our sock donation drive is incredibly simple and immensely impactful. Here’s how you can help: Donate New Socks: Visit a local store or order online from our Amazon wishlist to purchase new, unworn socks. We've set up convenient drop-off locations at both our Auto Service shop and our Auto Sales shop. Swing by either of our locations and drop off your donations! Every pair you donate will directly benefit someone in need. Spread the Word: Share the news about our sock donation drive with your friends, family, and colleagues. The more people who know about it, the greater the impact we can make together! Show Your Support On Social: Take a picture of your sock donation or re-post one of our announcements here, and share it on your own social media account.
