About V&F Auto
Family Owned & Operated Since 1988
We Improve to Better Serve You
In 1988, father and son Vinny and Frank Palange purchased about an acre of land at 443 Springfield Street in Agawam, MA. Just off the street, a 4,000 square foot building was erected. When the doors opened in August of 1988, V&F Auto Service was born. The entrepreneurial spirit of Vinny and Frank is the reason why our automotive repair business continues its rapid growth. Through the years, they have been able to provide a better environment for customers by:
1999: Adding a larger, clean waiting room
2000: Revamping the driveway to provide an expanded multi-level parking lot
2001: Adding five more bays to facility. One of those bays is used exclusively to wash customer’s vehicle when repairs are completed.
2002: Purchased land across from 443 Springfield Street in order to open V&F Auto Sales. Constructed a multi-bay facility with office, waiting area and two handicap restrooms.
2008: Acquired a zone change for the rear of the service building in order to add additional service bays and office space.
2013: Purchased land next to Auto Sales on the corner of Wilson and Springfield Street. Expanded the sales building in order to move and open a brand new CARQUEST Auto Parts store and enlarge the auto sales lot.

Business Philosophy–Building Relationships
My business philosophy is to build my business based on integrity towards both my employees and our customers. I am committed to keeping all employees informed and well trained. This includes having weekly employee meetings and continually investing in their education. I am always buying and updating equipment so our technicians are well equipped to perform their duties. I have always believed that to keep the business running professionally and efficiently I need to continually reinvest in the business and its employees. And last but not least, our entire organization is reminded to “first put their feet in the customer’s shoes.”
