All appointments made online are drop-off only. Please call us at 413-789-2181 to schedule a waiting appointment.
If possible, we kindly ask that you drop your vehicle off between 7:30 am and 8:30 am for the day. We also have a secure dropbox for your keys if you would like to drop your vehicle off before or after business hours. The dropbox is located next to the main entrance of our building.
