At V&F Auto, we appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your vehicle. V&F Auto Rewards is our way of thanking you for choosing us and giving you even more value toward future visits.
Earn 3% Back in Rewards: Earn 3% back in Rewards on qualifying services to use toward a future visit. There is no limit to how many Rewards you can earn or maintain in your Rewards balance.
$10 Minimum Welcome Reward: New Rewards members receive a minimum $10 Welcome Reward after their first qualifying visit.
Use Up to $100 Per Visit: Your Rewards can add up, but you don’t have to use them all at once. Members may apply up to $100 in Rewards per repair order.
Refer a Friend: Share V&F Auto with friends and family.
- You receive $25 in Rewards.
- They receive a $25 Referral Gift Card.
Transfer Your Rewards: Want to help someone else with their vehicle? Members may transfer up to $50 in Rewards to another eligible V&F Auto Rewards member.
Rewards Expiration: Rewards remain active as long as you continue visiting V&F Auto. Rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity.

How do I access my V&F Auto Rewards account?
Start by entering the phone number associated with your account into the Rewards Balance Lookup on this page.
Once your account is found, click “View My Benefits.” A one-time password will be sent to your cell phone. Enter that password when prompted to access your Customer Loyalty Account Pages.
From there, you can view and manage your available benefits, including your Rewards balance, referrals, transfers, and other available program benefits.
How do I earn Rewards?
Members earn 3% back in Rewards on qualifying services.
Is there a limit to how many Rewards I can earn?
No. There is no limit to the amount of Rewards you can earn or maintain in your Rewards balance.
How much of my Rewards can I use at one time?
You may apply up to $100 in Rewards per repair order.
Is there a minimum Welcome Reward?
Yes. New members receive a minimum $10 Welcome Reward after their first qualifying visit.
Do my Rewards expire?
Rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity. Each qualifying visit resets the 12-month period.
Do oil changes earn Rewards?
Yes. Qualifying oil changes earn the standard 3% Rewards. V&F Auto is not currently using a separate Oil Change Award.
What services do not earn Rewards?
Some services and accounts are excluded from Rewards earning, including state inspections and fleet accounts.
How does the Referral Program work?
When someone you refer becomes a qualifying new customer:
- You receive $25 in Rewards.
- Your referral receives a $25 Referral Gift Card.
How do I refer someone?
Start by looking up your Rewards, then click “View My Benefits.” A one-time password will be sent to your cell phone. Enter that password to access your Customer Loyalty Account Pages.
From there, select the referral option and follow the prompts to send your friend or family member their Referral Gift Card.
Can I transfer my Rewards to someone else?
Yes. Members may transfer up to $50 in Rewards to another eligible Rewards member.

V&F Auto offers a 3-year / 36,000-mile parts and labor warranty on auto repairs.
